Business Manager is a digital product delivered immediately after payment.

Right of withdrawal

Because the template is digital content supplied immediately, at checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to consumers in the European Union once delivery has started.

When we refund

We will refund your purchase if, within 14 days of buying:

• you were charged twice for the same order, or
• the template does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem for you.

Email hello@bizcells.com with your order number. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method.
