Questions before you buy
Is this an app or software?
No. Business Manager is a Google Sheets file. You copy it into your own Google Drive and use it like any spreadsheet. There's nothing to install and no account to create with us.
Do I need to know formulas?
No. You fill in the white cells in Transactions, Invoices and Budget. Every other tab is calculated for you.
What do I need to use it?
A free Google account. It works in any browser and in the Google Sheets app on your phone.
Does it work in my country?
Yes. Currency and tax rate are set in Settings, so it works anywhere. It's a management tool, not official tax filing software.
When is the Excel version coming?
It's in development. Every buyer gets the Excel file by email when it's released, at no extra cost.
Will I get updates?
Yes. Improvements are sent by email for free.
Can I use it for more than one business?
Yes, make one copy per business. The licence covers your own businesses; reselling or sharing the template is not allowed.
