1. Who sells the product

Our order process is run by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, customer service enquiries about payment, and returns. Its own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

2. The product

Business Manager is a digital template for Google Sheets. After payment you receive, by email and on the confirmation screen, a link that makes a copy of the template in your own Google Drive. You need a free Google account to use it. An Excel version will be sent free of charge to every buyer when it is released.

3. Price

The price is shown on the website in US dollars. Any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country is calculated and added at checkout by Lemon Squeezy. It is a one-time payment with no subscription.

4. Licence

You may use the template for your own business or businesses and make as many copies as you need for that purpose. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute the template, or modified versions of it, as your own product.

5. Updates and support

Improvements to the template are sent free of charge by email. Support is provided by email at hello@bizcells.com.

6. Not professional advice

Business Manager is a management tool. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice and it does not replace official tax filing software or a professional adviser. You are responsible for the data you enter and how you use the results.

7. Liability

The template is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
